Is the Burn Tide weight loss supplement safe to try? 6 checks first
Before you buy any weight loss product, you need a short list of checks. This page applies six of them to the Burn Tide weight loss supplement, using only the printed label, the review record and public FDA, FTC and NIH guides.
Six checks apply to the Burn Tide weight loss supplement: the claim wording, the amount per serving, the study match, the risk of hidden drugs, who should avoid it, and the return terms. The label says support, not cure. The blend split is not published, no caffeine is listed, and a 60-day guarantee applies.

If the checks look reasonable to you, the order link shows pack prices and the 60-day guarantee before you pay.

- Claim wording: support statements, such as Weight Loss Support. Not evaluated by the FDA.
- Amount: one 525 mg blend shared by four ingredients, split not published.
- Study match: the research used larger amounts and other forms. No trial of the finished gummy.
- Hidden drugs: the full panel is printed, with no caffeine or stimulant listed.
- Avoid if: under 18, pregnant or nursing. Ask first if you take medicine.
- Return terms: 60 days from purchase, started by phone with the order ID.
This page repeats label and desk facts and is not medical advice. Burn Tide is a dietary supplement. The FDA has not approved it, no supplement is FDA approved, and it makes no claim to treat or cure any disease. If you take medicine, especially for blood sugar, or you have a health condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist before the first gummy.
What is the Burn Tide weight loss supplement, in one paragraph?
It is a chewable gummy sold in jars of 30. One gummy a day is the label serving, about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. A gummy comes to 2.5 g and 8 calories.
The active part is one proprietary blend of 525 mg: apple cider vinegar plus BHB calcium, BHB magnesium and BHB sodium. The label calls the product Weight Loss Support and adds four more support statements.
It is a dietary supplement. It is a supplement, not a drug, and no supplement carries FDA approval. The label says it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Keep that frame in mind through the six checks that follow.
Check 1: what does the Burn Tide weight loss supplement claim?
Read the wording, not the headline. The five statements are Weight Loss Support, Support a healthy metabolism, Support the body's natural fat-burning pathways, Support clean cellular energy and Support healthy fat oxidation.
Each is a support claim. None promises a number of pounds or a date. The FDA has not evaluated them.
The Federal Trade Commission warns about claims that sound too good to be true. Its guide, The Truth Behind Weight Loss Ads, is worth five minutes. A claim of a fixed result with no method behind it is a flag. This label does not make one, and a page that adds one on its behalf is going beyond the label.
Check 2: how much is in the Burn Tide weight loss supplement?
The label gives one number for the active part: 525 mg for the whole blend. It does not say how that divides between the four ingredients. No single amount appears on the label, the artwork or the distributor paperwork.
Other lines are small. One gummy has 2.5 mg of sodium, 1 mg of calcium and 0.75 mg of magnesium, each shown as 0% of the Daily Value.
So the honest answer to how much is in it is that we know the total and the form, but not the parts. When an amount is not published, a fair reader treats a benefit claim as unproven, not as false. That is the stance this page takes.
Check 3: does the research match the Burn Tide weight loss supplement?
Not in amount, and not in form.
| What the research used | What it measured |
|---|---|
| 15 to 30 ml liquid vinegar daily, 12 weeks | Body weight, body fat |
| 20 g vinegar with a meal | Insulin sensitivity |
| 10 to 25 g ketone salts or esters | Blood ketone levels |
| A ketone ester drink, single dose | Ghrelin and appetite |
The vinegar research used roughly 750 to 1,500 mg of acetic acid a day from liquid vinegar. The whole blend is smaller than the acid in one tablespoon. The ketone studies used 10 to 25 grams, so the blend is twenty to fifty times smaller.
A review of supplements for obesity, Rios-Hoyo and Gutierrez-Salmean 2016, is one place to see how mixed the evidence is across the whole class. The finished gummy itself has not been through a clinical trial.
Check 4: could a weight loss supplement hide drugs?
This is a real risk in the category. The FDA keeps a page on tainted weight loss products: items sold as supplements that were found to contain drug ingredients that were not on the label.
What does this label do? It prints a full Supplement Facts panel and a list of other ingredients. It lists no caffeine, and nothing on the panel is a stimulant.
That does not prove a jar is free of anything. No certificate of analysis is on file here for lot BUR-26/BU-8514, and BUR-8514-26-BU only traces a batch. So this check comes out as no red flag on the label, and no outside lab proof either. Both halves matter.
Check 5: who should avoid the Burn Tide weight loss supplement?
The label is written for healthy adults aged 18 and above. It excludes under-18s, and anyone pregnant or nursing.
If you are under a physician's care or taking medication, consult your physician before use. The caution singles out glucose-lowering medication. Vinegar has been studied around blood sugar and stomach emptying, so the question is a sensible one.
A dental journal paper has also looked at tooth erosion from apple cider vinegar, Gambon 2012. That paper was about vinegar as a drink. Ask your dentist or doctor if you have worries about your teeth.
Keep to the stated serving unless a clinician directs more. Store the jar out of children's reach. Skip the jar if its safety seal is damaged or missing.
Check 6: what are the return terms on the Burn Tide weight loss supplement?
| Fact | Published detail |
|---|---|
| Price | Not published here, shown at checkout |
| Guarantee | 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window |
| How to start | Call +1 (877) 257-0825 with the order ID |
| Return postage | Paid by the buyer, tracked service advised |
| Refund timing | 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then 5 to 10 days for the card issuer |
| Packs | 1 jar (30 days), 3 jars (90 days), 6 jars (180 days) |
The guarantee is a purchase term, and it promises nothing about your health. The 3-jar pack is the one most reviewers bought, and the second jar still opens inside the window. The 6-jar pack has the lowest price per gummy, though four of its six months fall outside the 60 days.
Keep the order email. Everything starts from the order ID.
How do the six checks add up for the Burn Tide weight loss supplement?
Check 1 passes on honesty: the claims are support words. Check 2 is a gap: the split is not published. Check 3 shows a mismatch in amount and form. Check 4 shows no red flag on the label and no lab proof. Check 5 says who must ask first. Check 6 gives a fair way out.
That is a mixed result, and it is a normal one for this product class. For a broader guide to the same method, read choosing a metabolism supplement, and for the gummy format in particular, fat burner gummies: do they work. The home page lists the packs.

Our view
The Burn Tide weight loss supplement does well on honest wording and fair return terms. It does less well on published amounts and outside proof.
The label says support, prints its panel and lists no stimulant. It also hides the split of the 525 mg blend, has no trial of the finished gummy and no lab certificate supplied for the lot.
Our view: run the six checks yourself, speak to a doctor before starting if you take medicine, and use the 60-day window as the real test.

Six checks done, your call.
