What do burntide weight loss gummies promise, and what is actually shown?
Search for burntide weight loss gummies and you will find big promises. This page does the opposite. It lists the five claims the label really prints, shows what the ingredient research tested, and says plainly what no one has tested yet.
Burntide weight loss gummies carry five label claims, led by the words Weight Loss Support. Those are structure and function statements the FDA has not evaluated. Nobody has trialled the finished gummy. The research cited used far larger amounts of vinegar and ketone salts than the 525 mg blend in one gummy.

- Label claims: 5, each worded as support, none as a cure.
- Wording to note: Weight Loss Support, printed on the label and sales page.
- Trials of the finished gummy: none.
- Blend: one proprietary blend of 525 mg, split not published.
- Reviewers who report a measurement: none in the published record.
- Skip if: you are under 18, pregnant or nursing.
This page repeats label and desk facts and is not medical advice. Burntide is a dietary supplement. The FDA has not approved it, no supplement is FDA approved, and it makes no claim to treat or cure any disease. If you take medicine, especially for blood sugar, or you have a health condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist before the first gummy.
What do burntide weight loss gummies claim on the label?
The label and sales page print five statements. They are worded this way:
- Weight Loss Support
- Support a healthy metabolism
- Support the body's natural fat-burning pathways
- Support clean cellular energy
- Support healthy fat oxidation
Read them again. Every line starts with the word support, or is the plain heading Weight Loss Support. None says the gummy causes weight loss. None gives a number of pounds, a time frame or a result.
That is not a flaw. It is how supplement claims are written. These are structure and function statements. The label itself says they have not been evaluated by the FDA, and that Burntide is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Do burntide weight loss gummies mean weight loss, or only support?
They mean support. The difference matters, and it is easy to miss when a search result puts the words weight loss next to the brand name.
A drug claim says a product treats a condition. A support claim says a product may play a part in a normal body function. Supplements are allowed the second kind. They are not allowed to say they cure or treat a disease.
So when you see burntide weight loss gummies in a headline, ask what sits behind the phrase. On the label, it sits behind the word support. On the research side, as the next sections show, it sits behind studies of ingredients at larger amounts.
The U.S. National Institutes of Health keeps a fact sheet on dietary supplements for weight loss. It is a good place to see how cautious the evidence for this whole product group is.
What did the research behind burntide weight loss gummies actually test?
No one has tested the finished gummy. That is stated in the factsheet this site publishes, and it holds for every post here. What exists is research on two ingredient groups, apple cider vinegar and ketone salts or esters.
| What the research used | What it measured | What one gummy can contain |
|---|---|---|
| 15 to 30 ml liquid vinegar daily, 12 weeks | Body weight, body fat | An unpublished share of 525 mg |
| 20 g vinegar with a meal | Insulin sensitivity | An unpublished share of 525 mg |
| 10 to 25 g ketone salts or esters | Blood ketone levels | An unpublished share of 525 mg |
| A ketone ester drink, single dose | Ghrelin and appetite | An unpublished share of 525 mg |
The vinegar-and-body-weight study in the first row is Kondo 2009, a study in obese Japanese subjects. It used liquid vinegar, not a gummy. The ketone work is reviewed in Stubbs 2017.
How big is the gap between those studies and one gummy?
Do the sums, because they are short.
The vinegar studies used 15 to 30 ml of liquid a day. That works out to about 750 to 1,500 mg of acetic acid. The whole Burntide blend is 525 mg, and that 525 mg has to cover four ingredients, not one. So the vinegar part of one gummy is a share of 525 mg. It is smaller than the acid in a single tablespoon of liquid vinegar.
The ketone research used 10 to 25 grams of salts or esters in one drink. A gram is 1,000 mg. The whole blend is twenty to fifty times smaller than those amounts, and that is before it is split four ways.
This does not prove the gummy does nothing. It only means the research cannot be read as proof that it does something. Anyone who quotes those studies as if they were studies of this gummy is stretching them.
What do buyers of burntide weight loss gummies report?
The distributor publishes a review record. The average is 4.7 out of 5 from 986 written reviews across 7,197 orders, and 91% say they would recommend it. Reviewers most often say they waited 3 to 6 weeks before noticing any change.
Read that last line with care. It is the wait before a reviewer reports a change, not a measured result. In the published roster, seven of the eight named reviewers wrote between day 38 and day 58. One wrote at day 14. None reports a measurement of any kind, such as pounds, inches or a lab value.
The praise is about habit: a daily gummy that is easy to keep up, and a 60-day window. The common criticism is a slow start. Several reviewers wanted more in week one.

Who should skip burntide weight loss gummies or ask first?
The label speaks to healthy adults only, from age 18. It is not for anyone under 18. It is not for anyone who is pregnant or nursing.
If you take medicine, or a doctor is treating you, ask before the first gummy. The caution singles out glucose-lowering medication. Vinegar has been studied for its effect on blood sugar after meals, so the question is worth asking even when you feel fine.
Stay at the stated serving unless a clinician tells you to take more. Store the jar where children cannot reach it. If the safety seal is broken or gone, do not use the jar.
Weight is also a medical topic. If you are concerned about yours, a doctor can look at the whole picture, which a gummy cannot.
How should you read any weight loss claim before you buy?
The Federal Trade Commission has a short guide called The Truth Behind Weight Loss Ads. It warns about claims that sound too good to be true, and it is useful for any brand.
The FDA also keeps a page on tainted weight loss products, which are products sold as supplements that hide drug ingredients. Burntide lists its panel in full, and says nothing on it is a stimulant. Still, the habit of reading the panel is a good one.
A quick routine: find the claim wording, find the amount per serving, find the study behind it, and check whether the amount and the form match. For burntide weight loss gummies, the first step gives you five support statements, and the other three steps give you gaps that are marked not published. Our guide to choosing a metabolism supplement walks through the same steps, and the home page lists the packs.

Our view
Burntide weight loss gummies are sold on the word support. That word is honest, and it is also narrow. It tells you what the label is allowed to say, not what any one person will see.
The research behind the ingredients is real, but it used much larger amounts, and often other forms. The finished gummy has not been tested, and the 525 mg blend does not publish its split.
Our view is to treat the gummy as a daily habit you try fairly, not as a weight tool with a promise attached. Check with your doctor first if you take medicine, and keep a plain record of your own so that you do not have to rely on someone else's story.

A support gummy, judged fairly.
