What is inside Burn Tide gummies, one gummy at a time?
Burn Tide gummies are a chewable supplement sold in jars of 30. This page takes one gummy and reads it from the printed label, line by line, so you know what you would be chewing before you order.
Burn Tide gummies are a chewable dietary supplement. Each gummy comes in at 2.5 g with 8 calories. A jar has 30, and the serving is one a day. Each gummy carries a single 525 mg blend of apple cider vinegar and three BHB salts. The split inside that blend is not published.

This page repeats label and desk facts and is not medical advice. Burn Tide is a dietary supplement. The FDA has not approved it, no supplement is FDA approved, and it makes no claim to treat or cure any disease. If you take medicine, especially for blood sugar, or you have a health condition, ask your doctor or pharmacist before the first gummy.
What are Burn Tide gummies in plain words?
They are a small, soft, chewable supplement. The label sells them under the name Burntide, and many people type it as two words, so this page uses Burn Tide throughout.
A jar holds 30 gummies. You chew one a day, about 30 minutes before a morning or afternoon meal, with a full glass of water. That is the whole routine.
The product is a gummy and nothing else. No capsule, tablet, powder or liquid version exists, so a listing that says otherwise is not describing this product.
The label names its claims in support words, such as Weight Loss Support and Support a healthy metabolism. The FDA has not evaluated those statements, and the product is not FDA approved. Nothing in this post says it treats or cures anything.
What is in one of the Burn Tide gummies?
Here is the Supplement Facts panel, row by row.
| Line | Per gummy | % Daily Value |
|---|---|---|
| Serving size | 1 gummy (2.5 g) | |
| Servings per jar | 30 | |
| Calories | 8 | |
| Total carbohydrates | 2 g | 1% |
| Total sugars | 2 g | No DV set |
| Includes added sugars | 1 g | 2% |
| Sodium | 2.5 mg | 0% |
| Calcium | 1 mg | 0% |
| Magnesium | 0.75 mg | 0% |
| Proprietary blend | 525 mg | No DV set |
Most of the weight of a gummy is the gummy itself. That is normal for a chewable. The blend is 525 mg of a 2.5 g piece, and the blend is the part the label is about.
What is the 525 mg blend in Burn Tide gummies?
The blend covers four items: apple cider vinegar, BHB calcium, BHB magnesium and BHB sodium. The BHB salts are beta-hydroxybutyrate salts.
Here is the catch. The label gives one number, 525 mg, for all four. It does not tell you how much of that is vinegar and how much is each salt. No single ingredient amount appears on the label, the artwork or the distributor paperwork.
So 525 mg is a ceiling. No one ingredient can exceed it, and with four sharing it, three are certainly a good deal smaller. If you want a closer look at the mineral side, read the three minerals on the Burntide panel.
We could guess a split. We will not. A guess printed on a health page can end up looking like a fact.
What are the other ingredients in Burn Tide gummies?
Nine are listed, in this order:
- Corn syrup
- Purified water
- Pure cane sugar
- Apple pectin
- Citric acid
- Sodium citrate
- Tapioca starch
- Natural flavours
- Beet root powder
The label lists them but does not say what each one does. We will not invent jobs for them. If you have an allergy or a diet rule, read this list on your own jar. The panel on this page follows the label revision REV 04/24, and a later jar could change.
The sugars are worth a second look if you count them. Two grams of total sugars, one of them added, is small per gummy, and it still counts.
What do the sugar and sodium lines mean for Burn Tide gummies?
Sugar first. Per gummy, total sugars come to 2 g. Of those, 1 g is added sugar, which is 2% of the Daily Value. The label sets no Daily Value for total sugars.
Sodium next. One gummy has 2.5 mg, shown as 0% of the Daily Value. That is a very small number, and the label shows it that way. The FDA explains how to use the label for this in its guide to sodium in your diet.
Calcium (1 mg) and magnesium (0.75 mg) also round to 0%. They are tiny amounts, so do not think of the gummy as a mineral supplement. People who must watch sodium, sugar or minerals for a medical reason should still ask a doctor, because one number on a label does not know your health.
Nothing on the panel is a stimulant, and no caffeine appears anywhere on the label.
How many Burn Tide gummies come in each pack, and how long do they last?
| Pack | Gummies | Days at one a day |
|---|---|---|
| 1 jar | 30 | 30 |
| 3 jars | 90 | 90 |
| 6 jars | 180 | 180 |
The 3-jar pack is the one most reviewers bought. The 6-jar pack has the lowest price per gummy, but four of its six months fall outside the 60-day guarantee window. Prices are not published on this site and show on the checkout page.
The guarantee runs 60 days from the date of purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. Call with the order ID to begin a claim. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Refunds are processed 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited, then 5 to 10 days more for the card issuer.
The Supplement Facts guide on this site shows the same panel with more notes.
Who should not chew Burn Tide gummies without asking first?
The label speaks to healthy adults, 18 and up. Under-18s, and anyone pregnant or nursing, are outside its scope.
On medicine, or under a physician's care? Ask before you begin. The caution singles out glucose-lowering medication. Do not go past the stated serving unless a clinician says so.
Keep the jar well away from children. Gummies look like sweets, so this line matters more than it sounds. Do not use a jar whose safety seal is damaged or missing.
If you are unsure whether the product suits you, a pharmacist can read the full label with you in a few minutes. That conversation will tell you more than any web page can, including this one.
What is not published about Burn Tide gummies?
Several things. This site publishes no price. Nobody publishes how the 525 mg blend divides. The desk holds no certificate of analysis for lot BUR-26/BU-8514, and BUR-8514-26-BU is a tracing code, not a lab result.
The finished gummy has not been through a clinical trial. The studies cited across this site tested ingredients, often at larger amounts and in other forms.
We list these gaps because they are part of the product, as much as the 2.5 g and the 30 count are. The home page has the full set of label links in one place.

Our view
Burn Tide gummies are a simple product on the outside: one gummy, 30 to a jar, 8 calories. The label gives you a full panel, a short list of other ingredients and a clear serving.
The gaps are on the inside of the blend. The 525 mg is shared by four ingredients, and nobody publishes the split.
Our view is to buy on what is printed, not on what is implied. Read the panel on your own jar, ask a pharmacist if you take medicine, and give the 60-day window its due before you judge it.
